I had bought a larger one at I believe Linens and Things a long time ago. By the time I went back to purchase another one they didn't carry them anymore. I just happened to search Amazon one day and to my surprise I found them. I ordered a small and a large. After waiting almost 3 weeks I finally contacted Amazon through Where's my Order or Find my order. I later found out that they only had the one "small" size. That was OK with me and I accepted them. I really like this product and am very happy but I felt I should not have had to do all the work to find my order. When they knew that they only had the small size they should have contacted me instead of letting me wonder why I had not received it. When an order doesn't ship in the specified time they need to contact the customer and let them know why. One other thing is that the product shown was blue, no problem with me, but the ones I got were pink and orange. That's OK too. It would have been nice to show the different colors.

One if the best uses I have found for them is to freeze a big pot of homemade soup into individual servings and then you can use it to keep the rest of your lunch cool until it is time to reheat and eat. Very dependable for leak free transportation and storage as long as you are careful not to cross-thread the lid. They also stack securely which is really nice in the freezer.

(More customer reviews)I absolutely love this brewer for my daily tea and I now go out of my way to seek out loose whole tea, which is so much better than the powder you find with most tea bags. Yes you can use tea bags, but you will finish them up and be like me and seek out the flavor of loose tea.
Holds enough water (13 oz or more) for a large mug or a couple cups. Just put in tea, hot water, steep for 3-5 minutes and then set it on your mug or cup and it instantly flows out the bottom (passing through tea settled in the bottom). Lift up when cup/mug is full.
I plan to get another one in the future for my coffee, as soon as I break my fragile glass French Press. The Ingeni is heavy duty plastic.

We spent far too long in Macy's looking at all of the different options knowing that we'd be using these more for display purposes than for actually eating on them. This Mikasa set looks really elegant up close and the pictures on Amazon certainly don't do it justice. There aren't any crazy colors or patterns that would cause your guests/visitors to question your taste. The set is also more affordable than most and you're able to add on other items like the fruit bowl or gravy boat separately when they are on sale.
The items are packaged very well and there was no cracks, dings, or breaks from shipping multiple boxes. You won't be disappointed with the quality or value from this set.

(More customer reviews)I chose the Gray Color Dot lunch bag; it's compact and measures about 7"L x 5.5"H x 4.25"D. The contents of the lunch bag are: one 380 mL. (~ 1.5 cup) and two 160 mL.(each ~ 2/3 cup) borosilicate rectangular-shaped glass containers, three matching lids with silicone sealing rings, and a pair of collapsible chopsticks with its own case. The containers may seem small for others; but it's great for portion control. Do not buy this set if you want a big meal. Come lunchtime, I remove my bag from the frigde, take out the containers, remove the lids, place a paper napkin/towel over the glass (to prevent splatters), and microwave the food that I want to heat up. Great for small separate dishes (bento box style). Regular-sized sandwiches will not fit. The sealing rings are thicker than those in the Snapware containers that I own. In researching this product, I have read some reviewers say that the ring is difficult to clean. So far, I have no complaints regarding this issue. I separate all the parts when I come home from work and wash them as soon as I can. I love this set!

1) Loose lid allow spilling just from sloshing around (never mind tipping over), so not really suitable for a car mug.
2) Glaze stains quickly with coffee crud, so needs frequent cleaning.
Mine doesn't tip over like the previous commentator's.

(More customer reviews)Lift your game windummy. windummy is putting too much milk in. windummy is heating the milk too hot. The milk should be heated to only 70 degrees Celsius (158Deg F). As the other poster said, you dont need to look, because it wont be getting anywhere near boiling. You do it by time; microwaves have different power levels so pay attention how long yours takes to get to the right temp. Mine is: half-fill with cold fridge-temp milk 60 seconds, stir (because the top is hotter than the bottom and you might over cook the top), 15 seconds more, then froth it.
You only need to oscillate the froth sieve up and down about 1 inch or less. Start at the top of the milk and as you work the air in, go a little deeper. The bubbles should not be large -- we're aiming for a velvety micro-foam.
You don't need a seal because the creamer mug is only half-full, not boiling, and you are not mashing potatoes. The spillage occurred because you had it too full. Pouring won't spill either if you have it less full, you silly sausage.
A half mug of milky foam only serves two smallish cups of latte. Or one Grande for me!
Remember the cups need to be well heated before the coffee and micro-foam are poured in -- otherwise the temp will drop, and it will seem too cool.
Because the porcelain creamer soaks up heat too, the second lot (in a hot creamer) will take even less time to get to 70 Deg C

The two racks underneath are great for storing often used pots and pans. I'm not sure how it holds ups as a cutting surface. My guess is that it might be a little wobbly for serious cutting, but it can probably handle its share of slicing.

My only issue is that I ordered it with expedited delivery to tackle a stinky dog who got sprayed or rolled in something.
